Microgreens are just like regular greens in the way they need to be cared for to stay fresh.

Keep them in the crisper drawer, but don’t let anything get set on top of them; they are easily crushed.

If you see moisture gathering in the bag, open it to let it out. The best method is opening the bag daily to eat them!

Using microgreens is easy. They don’t need to be cooked or chopped before you eat them!

Microgreens can add texture, flavor, and nutrition to many different dishes:
Salads
Soups
Sandwiches
Burgers
Stir Frys
Brats & Hot Dogs
Side salad with any dinner
