All my baked goods fall under Michigan cottage food law. They are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture.

Flavors include apple, blueberry, peach, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, pear, and others by request.
I try to make all my fillings with local fruit if possible, but if something is out of season I will purchase fresh or frozen fruit from the grocery store.
