This recipe is written by Ben! It is a delicious and simple take on drop biscuits!
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
diced cheese of your choice (cheddar is what we used in the photo biscuit)
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and get a sheet tray with a silicone mat (or you can grease the sheet tray).
Mix first 4 ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) in a medium bowl.
Add in the butter and milk and stir 5 or 6 times.
Add in the bacon and cheese and stir everything until just moist.
Drop onto the sheet tray, the recipe should make about 12 biscuits.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until they become golden brown.
